Staff Announcement : Director of Communications
September 3, 2013
Greetings Veterans
As we get into Fall now , with the AGM, "continuance" and necessary enhancements to both the NVOC organization and personnel , there will be a number
of announcements- here is the first!
As of next week, John Stuart will reassume his position as NVOC Director of Communications.John will now move back into the NVOC Director of Communications post.
John's first step is to present to NATO Exec his Communications Plan for NVOC. One of the first items to note is that John - starting now -for an new items that are not yet “in the mill “- John will coordinate ALL communication by NATO Vets . This does not mean that he will issue all items going out from NVOC; rather, he will know about/ be consulted on all items issued under NATO letterhead. On behalf of NATO Exec I would like to thank Mark for his work in NVOC Communications - Mark is a very busy person “who works full time” and has become part of extended family of NVOC Exec -he always found time to advise /write /contribute to NATO Vets. Thank you Mark sincerely. Mark will continue on as Associate Director of Communications for back up.
Note : (This in keeping with new NVOC policy of having a back up for each and every Director position on NVOC EXEC - our experience last year taught us the hard way of having a "step in " replacement for each Director and their function)
Let us welcome back John Stuart and work with him in this difficult area of “NVOC communications”
Welcome back John
Regards
Gordon Jenkins
