As part of the 100th Anniversary of the Royal Canadian Navy, the Elgin Military Museum has obtained the HMCS Ojibwa, a cold war Oberon Class submarine, as part of a Museum naval heritage for the benefit of future generations.
The Elgin Military Museum of Naval History will open in 2013, the one hundredth anniversary of the Canadian Submarine Service.
